Job details Teach Economics and Social Studies to students in secondary utilizing IGCSE and IBDP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Social Studies or related field Experience teaching IGCSE and IBDP in an international or bilingual school setting Strong classroom management and mentoring skills Monthly salary ranging from 26,000 to 42,000 RMB comensurate with educational qualifications, professional experience, and interview performance Accommodation for staff member and dependents A professional development support to support growth Comprehensive health insurance coverage Full tuition fee coverage for up to two children Annual flight allowance provided for staff member A substantial gratuity based on performance.
