• Bachelor or Master’s degree of Economics or a similar field of study
• Experience leading economic policy businesses in a professional services firm
• Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills including producing well written and insightful reports as well as confidence in presenting to internal and external clients
• Experience in providing constructive and timely feedback to the team to try out new ideas and opportunities in support of their development
• Exposure in applying advanced understanding of quantitative methods to all projects
• Experience in producing well considered and articulated recommendations that are commercial in nature and practically grounded to address the needs of clients
