A DAY IN THE LIFE … A key enabler of Nestlé’s eBusiness Strategy is the activation of Content Services, which supports Markets and Businesses across the product content lifecycle including creation, adaptation, distribution, and monitoring of content assets across all touchpoints. Content Services aims to deliver scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to Markets. The eContent Account Specialist acts as a key driver of this strategy by serving as the main interface between Markets, Businesses, CGI vendors, and the internal Adaptation team. This role ensures the proper execution and delivery of Content Services, including Content Adaptation and Localization, Content POS, Publication, and Monitoring Services. It also involves planning demand with Markets, managing escalations, coordinating projects, and ensuring that vendors deliver world class service. In addition to operational coordination, the eContent Account Specialist is responsible for performing quality assessments of production work before release to the Market. The role also supports continuous improvement by working closely with Content Leads, vendors, and Markets to identify and implement enhancements that bring added value to the Business. This includes acting as a bridge for premium content adaptation such as TV and AV ads and high value digital campaigns and ensuring alignment on automation and Generative AI usage where applicable. Key Responsibilities: Act as an Account Specialist for Content Services, coordinating with various vendors based on the service request to ensure proper execution with a strong service orientation toward the Market. Serve as a point of escalation and resolution in case of discrepancies and manage prioritization of requests. Support capacity planning by providing forecast estimates. Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal Content Services solutions and ensure strong activation across Markets. Deliver world class service by ensuring accurate execution of requests, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with Nestlé global standards. As an Account Specialist for Content Services, the role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient execution of content operations with a strong service orientation toward the market and business. Acting as the key interface between the business and the production team, the responsibilities include feasibility validation, operational oversight, quality control, and stakeholder alignment. - Review and validate feasibility based on input shared by the Business; seek production information when needed. Ensure timely execution of operations and take appropriate action when problems arise. - Perform quality control checks against briefs and related guidelines to ensure error-free output. - Collaborate with the Content Services production team and Content Services Accounts to manage workflow and expectations. - Educate and align markets on the use of standardized templates and GenAI tools for efficiency. - Escalate premium creative needs to IMS leadership when standard solutions are not sufficient. Manage the overall coordination of Projects from the planning to the implementation (E.g Computer Generated Imagery related projects) Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, ect…). Knowledgeable about digital content production, eCommerce and eRetailers. Knowledgeable about digital marketing related services. Experience of working with agencies and third-party vendors in content space. Liaise with Content Services eco-system to integrate Guidelines and align Service Lines with vendors. Liaise with Content Services Lead for Continuous improvement. Facilitate weekly operational reviews with vendors to monitor service delivery performance. Identify improvement actions during these sessions and ensure they are followed through until full adherence to the committed service levels. Serve as the central point of contact between markets and IMS to support issue resolution and facilitate problem-solving. Perform quality reviews of production outputs to verify compliance with briefs, usage rights, and brand guidelines. Run periodic meetings with Business and Market teams to gather demand and ensure adherence to Content Services prerequisites. Identify knowledge gaps within the Market or Business and propose targeted actions to address them. Run regular operational reviews with stakeholders and suppliers to uncover opportunities for service improvement and drive continuous enhancement. ARE YOU A FIT? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
