We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our growing team at our new Options Autism School - Claystone School in Luton. Bedfordshire.

Our New Options School will cater for pupils who have ASC and Complex Needs.

  • Salary: Up to £36,000.00 per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 4.15pm
  • Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
  • Start: September 2025 or January 2026

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with ASC and complex needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop individual education and behaviour plans.
  • Support the physical, emotional, and educational development of each pupil.
  • Maintain a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Contribute to school development initiatives and team meetings.
