Position Overview

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality education and care in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
• Creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that support each child's development and wellbeing.
• Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
• Supporting children's learning through play-based experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and independence.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, supervision, hygiene, and child protection practices.
• Working collaboratively with the team to establish a positive, supportive, and inclusive centre culture.
• Contributing to observations, programming, documentation, and the ongoing assessment of children's learning.
• Ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, centre policies, and all relevant legislation.
• Participating in professional development, team meetings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
