Job Description Job Summary Electrical HW Engineer for ABS/ESP/iB2/IPB Electronic Control Unit Job Responsibilities (1) Understand the working princples for braking system ECU and its electronic components (2) Support internal and external parties for ECU relevant issue problem solving (3) Do the cause-effect analysis, and derive the action plan (including checkpoints, provocation test etc.) (4) Work with other support department to excute the provocation test, make report and discuss with internal/external involved colleagues. (5) Make summary of the problem solving and lesson learn. Qualifications Essential - Bachelor degree or above in Electronics or Semiconductor Engineering - At least 3 years electronic circuit or relevant areas - Basic knowledge of ECU working principles. - Understanding electronic components working principles: Micro-controller, Power MOSFET, Capacitor, Transistor etc. - Understanding problem solving methods (8D, FTA etc.) and analytical thinking - Basic understanding of FMEA, ECU functional safety - Good communication skill internal and external Desirable - Master Degree and above - Problem solving experiences for automotive product - Understand braking ECU working principles - Deep knowledge of electronic components - Working experience of failure analysis - Skilled in problem solving method (8D, FTA etc.) - Skilled in FMEA, ECU functional safety - Prefer to have 48V ECU development experience.
Responsibilities
The Electrical HW Engineer will understand the working principles of braking system ECUs and support problem-solving for ECU-related issues. They will conduct cause-effect analyses, execute provocation tests, and summarize problem-solving efforts and lessons learned.
