Join Community The Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) is a joint venture between Community Health Network and Deaconess Health System. Its goal is to support our sponsors and partners in their strategic evolution to positively impact and improve the healthcare delivery system. Make a Difference The Executive Director of Analytics will lead the development and integration of data analytics, and business intelligence to support population health operations. This role is responsible for building departmental structure, standardizing processes, and managing multiple projects to ensure quality and efficiency. The leader will oversee data acquisition, security, and analytic solutions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align technology and analytics with organizational goals. Ideal candidates bring expertise in population health analytics, program evaluation, and driving organizational change in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred. In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Three (3) or more years of experience developing Population Health analytics solutions to support success in value-based care and inform business decisions is required. Experience managing large and medium-scale projects across multiple stakeholders is required. Three (3) or more years of experience specific to population health and VBC operations is required. Five (5) or more years of leadership experience is required. Seven (7) or more years of data analytics and data science experience is required.
