SITE LOCATION: EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT) POSITION SUMMARY: The Emergency Department Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides routine and emergency medical care, under the supervision of a licensed physician. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program and NCPAA or AANP certification 2. Two to three years of post-graduate work experience in an Emergency Department 3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification 4.
