We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.The bank is also a certified Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for the Singapore CAQualification by Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA) and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Approved Employer.Key Responsibilities * Work closely with Group IBG head to support strategy formulation in the strategic management process, including defining business models, refining business strategies, and ensuring alignment with an evolving business landscape* Collaborate with IBG leadership to develop strategy content by engaging business, country, Global Industry, segment and product heads. This role may also involve cross-functional collaboration beyond IBG.* Partner with business leaders to conduct periodic strategy reviews, assess market shifts, evaluate opportunities, and deliberate on strategic choices and trade-offs.* Analyse and coordinate potential business opportunities (both organic and inorganic), including engagements with consultants and fintech firms on innovative business models and products* Support IBG’s strategic communications across external forums (clients, media, analysts, interested parties, etc) and internal audiences including internal Bank & IBG staff Requirements * 10+ years of relevant work experience demonstrating strategic thinking and adaptability, with knowledge of corporate banking coverage & products being advantageous* Strong analytical, financial, and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to filter through complex information.
Creative and adept at research* Highly committed to delivering excellence, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to achieve results. Comfortable working with diverse teams and bridging gaps to drive execution* Strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities, capable of linking strategy, product, and changes to potential business impact.* Ability to work autonomously while fostering positive collaboration within a dynamic team environment
