The role provides expert advice on strategy implementation, improvement of end-to-end core processes, structural effectiveness, engagement and workforce planning to ensure the agency has the adaptive capacity and organisational health required to achieve its strategic objectives.   About You To be successful in this position, you will be an experienced senior executive with a track record in developing and implementing enterprise-wide transformational strategies aligned with agency goals including delivering process improvement, lead transformation change management and capability analysis and provide expert advice regarding organisational effectiveness to ensure organisational strategy translates into delivery.
