The daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first class customer service. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: As a Customer Service Representative, the daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from students and parents, making outbound calls to current or prior students, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first-class customer service. You will have support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. You will feel rewarded by helping to support students with their life-changing journey. Scheduling: This Position is Part Time, seasonal position, about 20 hours per week through August. Weekdays 11am-3pm; Will need to attend Orientation and training fulltime hours, which will be the first week of employment.
