JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various machinery, including CNC equipment, welding tools, and hand tools. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating cranes, forklifts, and various CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and quality inspection processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, plasma cutting equipment, and press brake machines.
• Perform CNC programming and set up machines for production runs.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers for precise measurements.
• Collaborate with team members to assemble components and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed to minimize downtime.
