JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
· Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience
· Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML
· Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

· Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
· Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
· Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies.
· Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.
