Job Title: EDI Analyst
Location: On-site – Elizabeth, NJ (FreezPak Warehouse)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

FreezPak Logistics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EDI Analyst to join our team on-site at our Elizabeth, NJ location. This role is critical to the success of our electronic data interchange (EDI) operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with EDI transaction sets, data mapping, and 3PL warehouse operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of hands-on EDI experience in a 3PL environment.
• In-depth knowledge of 3PL EDI transaction sets:
• 940 – Warehouse Shipping Order
• 945 – Warehouse Shipping Advice
• 943 – Warehouse Stock Transfer Shipment Advice
• 944 – Warehouse Stock Transfer Receipt Advice
• 947 – Warehouse Inventory Adjustment Advice
• 846 – Inventory Inquiry/Advice
• 856 – Advance Ship Notice
• Proficient in EDI mapping and integration with WMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL operations: warehousing, inventory management, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with T-SQL scripting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Manage and support EDI transactions and integrations within 3PL systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain EDI mapping to ensure seamless communication with customers and partners.
• Accurately map incoming and outgoing EDI data into the WMS system.
• Monitor EDI transaction flows; troubleshoot and resolve data or integration issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maintain EDI compliance and performance.
• Analyze EDI logs and reports; ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Document EDI processes, specifications, and mapping guidelines.
• Support ongoing EDI-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
