Customer As a telecom integrator specialising in EDI, network and infrastructure with an alternative operator licence from ARCEP, we will be able to respond to your projects: - Logistics data exchange and dematerialisation of invoices, - Exchange of product catalogues and price sheets - Interconnection of your sites, Internet connection (ADSL, SDSL, Fibre Optics,..), migration to VOIP but also replacement of your telephone installations. Operating on public initiative networks (Axione, Altitude Infrastructure, Covage, Tutor, SPL RIN) and private operators (SFR, Orange, Bouygues Telecom, IELO Liazo:..). Will also actively participate in the integration of AI into our applications Customer support will also be provided. Responsibilities & Duties · Respond to ACD operating incidents reported by supervisors or customers. · Set up the processing of new customers' needs and connections to new partners. Prerequisite: ● Real and operational knowledge of the main EDI messages, at least in EDIFACT syntax, ● Mastery of Linux and Shell, ● Correct level of written and spoken English, no need to be bilingual. ● Competence and interest in development, regardless of language.
