Job Description Ensuring the smooth operation of our global EDI platforms by day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., patching, maintenance, upgrades) Proactive monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of EDI interruptions and issues Support the further development and planning of the future usage of our global EDI system landscape Coordinates EDI operation activities with internal service providers and stakeholders Participate in 24x7 on-call rotational support Qualifications Experience in operating EDI platforms EDI connectivity protocols including, but not limited to, OFTP2, AS2, FTPs, SFTP and VANs Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience Intermediate knowledge of programming/scripting skills (Shell, Perl, Phyton, etc.) Very good English communication skills Interested to be working in a multicultural team Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong understanding of AIX/LINUX operating system and experience in managing AIX/Linux environments Experience in managing and maintaining EDI platforms, including installation, configuration, and upgrades Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols, such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT Familiarity with EDI mapping and translation tools, such as IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or Gentran or EDI -TSIM Ability to troubleshoot and resolve EDI connectivity issues, including network connectivity, firewall configurations, and encryption protocols Experience in working with external trading partners and VAN providers to establish and maintain EDI connections Additional Information Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
