EDI PROJECT MANAGER - CONTRACT | WEEKLY HYBRID | CHICAGO

LaSalle Network is hiring an EDI Project Manager to drive B2B integration success across a leading organization’s digital supply chain. Based in Chicago with a weekly hybrid schedule, this contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where precision, communication, and cross-functional leadership are key.
We’re looking for someone who brings deep EDI expertise and knows how to get things done-fast and right. If you’ve led EDI projects involving trading partners, ERP systems, and external vendors, this is your chance to take charge of impactful initiatives.

EDI PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience managing EDI/B2B integration projects
  • In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP/SFTP)
  • Familiar with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, retail, or healthcare preferred
  • Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a strong plus

Responsibilities
  • Own the full EDI project lifecycle-from kickoff to completion
  • Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to define integration strategies
  • Onboard and support new trading partners through testing and go-live phases
  • Oversee delivery of EDI migrations, enhancements, and ongoing support
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans using PM tools
  • Create and maintain documentation including SOPs and process flows
  • Troubleshoot EDI transmission and data integrity issues (ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
  • Coordinate mapping efforts with developers and third-party providers
