Design Docs (Business to Technical Requirements) 6. cXML, XML, EDI – ANSI X12, JSON, CSV, Tab Delimited, Comma Separated 7. Various Communication Methods AS2 SFTP Etc. 8. Support Tickets for Existing Integrations, triage, Customer ADD ONs to existing, retriggering Files or invoices etc. 9. Responding to General Questions and Inquires for existing or prospects integrations. 10. Coordinating and facilitating calls 11.
