JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced EDI Technical Lead with a strong background in EDI tools such as WebEDI, OpenText, and Logic Apps, along with a proven track record of leading onsite Scrum teams from a technical perspective. The ideal candidate will have deep system integration knowledge and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on in EDI tools
• Proficient in OpenText, WebEDI, Logic Apps
• Strong knowledge of system integration tools like BizTalk, Apigee API Management, MFR
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Technical Lead
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide direction to development teams
• Experience working in complex IT landscapes with multiple applications/systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities

• Lead an onsite Scrum team with both Scrum Master and Technical Lead responsibilities
• Provide hands-on expertise in EDI tools, especially OpenText and WebEDI
• Work closely with customers on-site to understand pain points and offer scalable, efficient solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multi-system environments
• Analyze, gather, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure seamless integration across systems
• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance through Agile best practices
