We are seeking a talented and versatile Mid-Level Content Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UX writing, technical writing, and a basic understanding of marketing principles. This role requires someone who can craft clear, concise, and compelling content that enhances user experience, explains complex concepts simply, and supports our overall marketing objectives. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality copy that aligns with user needs and business goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products, retail, websites, mobile apps, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, marketers and SEO team to create user-centered content for product interfaces and help texts.
  • Write blogs, help articles, and FAQs in an easy-to-understand language for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Develop content strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Use SEO best practices to write copy that drives organic traffic and enhances user engagement.
  • Conduct user research to inform content creation, ensuring it meets the needs of our target audience.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style.
Responsibilities

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a content editor or copywriter.
  • Experience writing clear and concise copies for websites, mobile apps, and software products.
  • Solid understanding of user experience principles and ability to write content that improves user flow and usability.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and how content can support business goals.
  • Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different platforms and audiences.
