Job Description • Plan, script, and edit video content (awareness clips, e-learning modules, campaign videos) for internal awareness initiatives. • Design motion graphics, animated explainers, and infographics that simplify technical ,, risk concepts for a non-technical audience. • Produce supporting print and digital materials — posters, banners, newsletters, and presentation decks — aligned with client's official visual identity and branding standards. • Coordinate with the Department to translate policy updates, incident learnings, and compliance requirements into awareness content. • Manage the end-to-end production workflow: storyboarding, filming/recording coordination, editing, voice-over integration, and final quality review. • Maintain a content calendar and delivery schedule for recurring awareness campaigns (e.g., Cyber Security Awareness Month, phishing simulation follow-ups, onboarding modules). • Ensure all produced content complies with client branding guidelines, information classification rules, and government communication standards. • Stay current with security awareness trends and content formats used by comparable government and critical-infrastructure entities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing, ideally including corporate or government-sector content. • Demonstrated portfolio showing video editing, motion graphics, and campaign or awareness-style content. • Experience producing content for internal communication, training, or awareness programs is a strong advantage. • Prior exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or security-awareness content is a plus but not mandatory.
