• Edit and proofread manuscripts, proofs and other related materials for clarity, accuracy,

coherence, appropriateness, and alignment with the product concept and house style

• Evaluate submitted manuscripts and work closely with authors to refine and enhance content.

Provide editorial guidance and assist in content restructuring or writing when necessary to ensure

alignment with approved proposals

• Collaborate with graphic designers on cover design, layout templates, and overall visual

presentation to ensure the final product is engaging and visually consistent

• Oversee the full publishing cycle from manuscript development to final publication, ensuring

timely and high-quality delivery

• Assist in promotional activities, including the creation of marketing materials, conducting product

briefing, and representing the team at book fairs and industry events
