POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a flexible, intellectually curious, and editorially rigorous Editor in Chief to lead the editorial and publishing operations at our research and analysis firm. This pivotal role will drive the quality, clarity, timeliness, and strategic direction of our insights across all types of publications, such as research reports, graphics, PowerPoint presentations, video and more.
The Editor in Chief will own:
- Macro: The editorial vision and execution at an overall level, including the content calendar of 600+ research publications per year. In addition to working closely with analysts to elevate content, the Editor in Chief will manage the research calendar and production workflow, playing a central role in how and when we engage our clients with compelling insight.
- Micro: The full content lifecycle of individual publications. While increasingly leaning on technology for editing support, the Editor in Chief will ensure every piece meets our standards for analytical excellence and publication discipline and manage those pieces through to publication.
The Editor in Chief will work with the Head of Global Research to operationalize aims around research quality, research coverage and other aspects of research output.
