The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and team spirit for working with teams across the integrated firm. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Set editorial calendar in collaboration with the Institute Directors Collaborate with content creators across the Firm to identify key thought leadership topics and data sources Develop and implement Institute editorial guidance to ensure consistency of tone/ voice Edit and ghost-write some sourced content Develop and ghostwrite scripts for multimedia platforms Work closely with Firmwide Marketing to deliver the Institute's product through various channels (web, social media and newsletters) Develop innovative avenues and formats (such as interactives) to showcase the work of the Institute Bachelor's degree required. Emphasis on business, finance, economics or journalism is preferred but not essential. 8+ years of experience in financial journalism or as a markets practitioner A portfolio or links to writing samples Strong written and verbal communication skills Deep interest in economics, financial markets and investing Experience in developing creative communications, planning events and/or implementing a content strategy. Detail-oriented with excellent business writing, communications and presentation skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills. Able to thrive in a high-performance environment with tight deadlines A self-starter with persistence, tenacity and a drive for results. Can thrive in a team-based environment with multiple stakeholders. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $165,000 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
