The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, and e-commerce and retail platform HBX. \n Responsibilities: Own and grow Hypebeast Indonesia’s TikTok channel by publishing high frequency, culture driven content built for rapid scale. Create content, edit, native TikTok videos with strong hooks, tight pacing, subtitles, and formats optimized for retention, shares, and algorithm performance. Actively spot trends, sounds, and cultural moments on TikTok and turn them into relevant Hypebeast content in real time. Collaborate closely with editorial, creative, and community teams to translate fashion, music, street culture, and events into TikTok-first storytelling. Analyze performance data, experiment with new formats weekly, and continuously optimize content to accelerate follower and engagement growth. Requirements: Proven experience in editing and managing TikTok accounts. Highly experience in creating and editing TikTok or short-form vertical video with a strong understanding of platform trends, formats, and audience behaviour. Deep cultural awareness of fashion, music, street culture, and internet trends relevant to Hypebeast’s audience. Ability to edit quickly and independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical quality.
