Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our organic social media efforts for both Knix and Kt by Knix. Reporting to the Senior Director of Content you will play a key role in developing, planning, and executing content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and storytelling across all platforms.
You’ll be part of Knix’s Communications, Partnerships & Social Team, collaborating closely with Creative, Brand, PR, Acquisition, CX, and Partnerships to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you’ll manage and mentor team members while also partnering cross-functionally to bring new product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in social media management, a deep understanding of platform best practices, and the ability to zoom out to see the big picture while managing the details of calendars, workback schedules, and go-to-market campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and know how to balance strategy, content production, and team leadership to ensure our social media presence is innovative, consistent, and aligned with our brand mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of experience in Social Media or Brand Marketing including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proven success managing full social media campaigns and end-to-end content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copy editing ability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience turning insights into strategy.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Social Media Management Platforms (Later, Dash Social), Adobe, Slack, etc.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills.
