REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Wire EDM/CNC experience.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, and handle small parts with precision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong CNC programming experience, including multi-axis lathes.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
• Hands-on experience with machine setup and tool selection.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
• Set up and operate EDM machines, including programming from CAD/CAM files.
• Adjust machine parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform first-run and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools; document results and address defects.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes, efficiency, and cycle times.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and perform basic machine maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and edit CNC programs from part prints or CAD models.
• Program for multi-axis CNC lathes (not limited to 2-axis machines).
• Select tools, set up machines, and validate programs through first-article inspections.
• Troubleshoot program or machining issues independently.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
