Location Base: Mason, OH (preferred), Lorain, OH (optional), Livonia, MI (optional)
Position Type/ Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm plus OT

SUMMARY

Due to a promotion, we are currently seeking a dedicated EDM Service Engineer to join our team based in Mason, OH. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support and service for their EDM machinery. The EDM Service Engineer will contribute significantly to our mission of providing cost-effective engineered solutions while upholding our core values of integrity and innovation.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems as related to EDM
• Must be willing to accommodate field-based travel, which may include some (rare) international destinations. A typical work week involves:

• 75% travel to local or out-of-the-area client sites

• 25% at local client sites or working/ training at our facility

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school education or greater
• Minimum 2 years of experience in repair of EDM/ CNC machinery (Required)
• 5+ years of related experience (Preferred)
