You will be directly responsible for the software research and development of the Inverter System Controller (ISC), the core drive unit for Ford's next-generation all-electric and hybrid vehicles. This includes architecture design, advanced algorithm development, software integration, functional safety implementation, and final vehicle-level validation and debugging.
