EDRMS ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR

  • Build and expand your expertise in Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) administration
  • Gain valuable experience maintaining industry-standard EDRMS platforms such as Content Manager

    Classification grade: Clerk Grade 3/4
    Salary: $82,193.00 - $90,001.00 p.a. base salary (employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary.)

Work type: Full-Time – 35 hours per week, 24 months with a possibility of extension or conversion to ongoing

  • Our primary place of work is the CSO Office located at 60-70 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. Please note we will be relocating to a new premises located at Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street, Sydney in July 2026.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years of experience managing information in databases (preferably an EDRMS) and providing user support.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are offering an exciting opportunity to advance your career in administering an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). This role involves working closely with the EDRMS Administrator to provide administrative and technical support for the Content Manager application and its users. As the primary point of contact for users, you will address support calls with a friendly demeanour and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
