We are currently seeking a full-time, in-office EDS/Training Coordinator for our Apopka, Florida office! Duties Include: • Custom Training Oversight o Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all custom training engagements o Ensure alignment of training content with customer needs and organizational standards o Support consistency and quality across all custom training experiences • Training Content Development & Maintenance o Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success and Training Specialist to keep Level I and Level II technical trainings current o Incorporate new innovations, product updates, and emerging best practices into training materials o Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training delivery and content • Team Support & Development o Provide guidance, mentorship, and onboarding support to new EDS team members o Serve as a resource for troubleshooting training-related challenges o Promote best practices in training delivery and customer engagement across the team Requirements Compensation and Benefits: Salary Negotiable based on skill level and experience.
