We’re looking for a Product & Website Copywriter to write clear, engaging, SEO-optimized content for our website. This role will focus primarily on long-form website articles & landing page content on educational topics for students, teachers, and schools. This is a contract, per-article role, ideal for a strong writer who is comfortable working from guidelines, keywords, and briefs while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Position Details Paid $30 per website article (1000 words) Contract position Responsibilities Write high-quality website articles and page copy based on provided guidelines, outlines, and SEO keywords. Translate product features, educational concepts, and use cases into clear, user-friendly content. Ensure all copy aligns with Knowt’s brand voice: clear, helpful, credible, and student-first. Edit and refine content to meet quality, clarity, and readability standards. Collaborate asynchronously with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently. Deliver content on time and in line with agreed-upon expectations. Qualifications Experience in website copywriting, content marketing, or SEO-focused writing (SaaS or edtech a plus). High School Degree preferred Comfortable working from briefs, keyword requirements, and style guidelines. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Self-directed, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
