EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: SCP22 – £22,357.56 (FTE equivalent £26,067.11)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm), term time only
Location: Camphill Wakefield
Reporting to: HR Team Leader

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and administration.
  • Managing enquiries and mailbox responses.
  • Updating and maintaining Databridge records.
  • Supporting staff with printing, scanning, laminating, and form creation.
  • Taking accurate minutes of meetings, including CMT agendas.
  • Covering reception duties and welcoming visitors.
  • Updating signage and noticeboards in line with checklists (e.g. H&S, insurance).
  • Reconciling Moss Cards and managing staff photos/badges.
  • Liaising with the Events Committee and updating organisational diaries.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Supporting external events such as Open Days.
