Are you a skilled administrator with a passion for supporting education and Continuous Professional Development (CPD)?
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Publishing, eLearning, and CPD Events teams.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of key departments, contributing to the delivery of high-quality educational initiatives and CPD outputs.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating events, and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries. You will also assist with financial processes such as invoices and contracts and provide secretariat support for departmental meetings.
Your ability to prioritise effectively, work collaboratively, and communicate professionally will be crucial. Attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience in education or CPD settings, as well as budget administration, is highly desirable.
