We are recruiting an Education Administrator (Undergraduate Taught Programmes), as a key member of the Faculty of Laws Education and Student Experience team, based in the Undergraduate Taught Programmes office. The team is responsible for the delivery of a high quality, student-centred administration which supports the full student lifecycle of undergraduate law degrees. The role will provide key operational support across teaching and learning functions including responding to student queries, induction, attendance and engagement monitoring, module planning, enrolment and timetabling, assessment and examinations, academic regulations and provision of advice and support to staff and students. The role holder will assist in providing a high quality and timely service to students and staff. The role holder will be expected to support work across both undergraduate and postgraduate taught teams where appropriate, especially in respect of streamlining processes.

This role is offered on a full time basis, as a fixed term contract for 12 months in the first instance.
