PURPOSE:

The Education Coach ensures that high quality relationship-based Early Childhood Education services that support school readiness with a focus on social/emotional development are delivered in a coordinated, integrated manner. This position is responsible for supporting the 0-5 tiered coaching plan and conducting regular classroom visits to provide monitoring, coaching and support to classroom staff.
