OVERVIEW

The Education Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and reach of our educational programs and services. This position combines program assessment with proactive student recruitment and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in public speaking, and driven to connect diverse communities—including immigrant and minority groups—with meaningful educational and career opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
• Knowledgeable on how to efficiently communicate our programs and offers to customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in sales and/or marketing within the education sector is a strong asset.
• Mature and able to connect with and support older clientele with professionalism and empathy.
• Passion for helping others, particularly within immigrant communities and minority groups.
• Proficiency in English required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational programs to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and administrative staff.
• Engage in public speaking opportunities to present findings and promote educational initiatives.
• Participate in the recruiting efforts of clients looking to participate in programs and use our educational/career consulting services.
• Call current and prospective clientele to introduce our services and programs that we can provide.
