We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a background in education recruitment or student acquisition to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who takes a consultative approach to sales and is motivated by strong earning potential. As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in student acquisition — using consultative sales techniques to engage with prospective candidates, understand their career goals, and guide them onto our teacher training programmes to become qualified teachers and teaching assistants. You'll join a high-performing recruitment team and manage your own territory, giving you the freedom to network, build relationships, and maximise your opportunities. Key Responsibilities Engage with warm leads through regular outbound calls, building relationships with potential prospects Conduct consultative one-to-one consultations, both in person and remotely, to understand candidates' needs and match them to the right programme Use social media to promote our courses, attract candidates, and build relationships through online engagement About You Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record of closing deals Background in education recruitment, student acquisition, or sales acquisition strongly preferred A consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales — able to build trust and identify candidate needs rather than just push a product Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Salary: From £26,000.00 per year Commission: Uncapped commission Benefits: Pension
