KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE:

• Driving and supporting best-practice clinical care, comfort, and person-centred support to our residents.
• Support learning needs alongside Registered Nurse, Care staff and our broader dynamic team.
• Evaluating learning needs and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to support our continuous professional development approach.
• Overseeing and supporting staff with assessment, documentation, and provision of person-centred care.
• Coordinate employee training within the village and provide proactive/interactive education sessions.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent people and clinical skills
• 2+ years previous experience in Aged Care
• Demonstrated experience in an educator role
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
• Experience in undertaking aged care funding instrument (ANACC) assessments and submissions (desirable)
