Description
We are hiring for an Education Coordinator to join our Pharmacy Education team. Purpose: The Education Coordinator will help to support and execute the annual pharmacy educational plans through delivering high-quality, evidence-based, thought leadership quality content across our platform whilst working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for the efficient and smooth execution of planned initiatives. This role plays a critical role in building trust, recommendation and advocacy in supporting the BioCeuticals Masterbrand. This role is a part time 0.8 FTE role (working 4 days) with expectation to work at least 3 days from office (in Surry Hills or Warriewood) and 1 day from home. This role reports to our Pharmacy Education Manager ANZ. Responsibilities include: Coordinate logistics for BioCeuticals Local Group Trainings, including venue, catering, and event operations. Manage RSVPs and attendee communications for both in‑person and online BioCeuticals education sessions. Set up and analyse feedback surveys to capture NPS and feedback for all training and webinar activities. Administer prize draws and eGift card rewards for BioCeuticals and BeCertified Micro-Course programs. Send webinar confirmations and reminders to support BioCeuticals online education attendance. Compile and prepare monthly education data, including Pharmacy Education Reports and Banner Group reviews. Collect and consolidate banner group category performance data to support the Banner Education Prioritisation Matrix. Provide general administrative support, including weekly WIP participation and managing email communications. Who are you? A qualified or bachelor’s degree holder in naturopathy or nutrition will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, SharePoint and Teams. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and reliability. Experience with basic design tools, such as Canva or similar platforms (advantageous). Comfort working with digital platforms, including SurveyMonkey, webinar systems, and email automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
