Support Education Director(s) and Managers by coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, providing reports, tracking donations, preparing evaluations, and assisting in event planning. Offer administrative support to Instructors and students by tasks such as ordering supplies, enrolling students, booking instructors, creating classes, managing staff uniforms, and assisting with student transcripts. Assist in maintaining accreditation by preparing instructor licensing paperwork and sharing program information with the Home Office for ACCSCT. Ensure compliance with operational legitimacy by adhering to the responsibilities outlined in the supplemental document. Qualifications Education / Experience High School Diploma or GED required 3 – 5 years professional experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Skills Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) Communication (written and verbal) and Customer Service Skills Organized and can multi-task to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing fast-paced environment Uses good judgment and has problem solving and decision making skills Possesses supervisory skills and maintains confidentiality and professionalism It’s all about the reputation. 60 years of experience, trusted by 35+ industry leading brands, 16 campuses, 16 technical programs.
