Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their educational and career aspirations, providing tailored guidance.
• Develop and implement workshops and informational sessions on college admissions, scholarship opportunities, and career planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, institutions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to students.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and educational institutions to create a supportive network for student success.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in educational counseling, advising, or related fields, showcasing a proven track record.
• Certifications in career counseling or guidance, such as National Certified Counselor (NCC), to enhance credibility.
• Experience working within various educational systems and knowledge of academic requirements across different levels.
