The Education Program Manager is a critical member of the Everyman Theatre Education department
helping to manage and nurture school partnership programs, designated community engagement
initiatives, and additional departmental programs. The Education Program Manager works with the
Director of Education and Education Operations Manager to strategically plan and implement
programming that serves the Baltimore community while maintaining focus on the organization’s
strategic priorities and core values of people, community, and excellence.
The Education Department is responsible for planning and implementing education programs serving
students from PreK through adults of all ages as well as community engagement programming to serve
Baltimore residents. The current programs include our flagship High School Matinee program, University
Observerships, Teen Theatre Night, In-school residencies and workshops, On-site residencies and
workshops, Classes for All Ages, Apprenticeships/Internships, Virtual Field Trips, Childcare Matinees,
Visual Art Gallery and Summer Camp. The Education Department is focused on bringing arts education
into our local schools, cultivating new audiences, enriching the patron experience, and removing
barriers to access.
