Your role  We are looking for a passionate Education Support Manager to join our experienced team who will strive for equitable outcomes and facilitate the effective inclusion of all children in our quality educational programs.  The successful candidate will have qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, as well as Post Graduate Qualifications in Special Education.  The purpose of the role is to: * Facilitate the effective inclusion of all children in high quality educational programs in KU services * Manage the education support needs of KU services * Ensure equitable outcomes for children * Assist educators to support children’s development * Oversee applications for eligible support funding and its implementation * Support services in the creation of behaviour support plans   This is a unique and pivotal position working with our NSW Preschools and Long Day Care Services. This permanent 4-day position that involves visiting KU Services, working from home and in our heritage listed office on York Street in Sydney CBD, opposite the Queen Victoria Building. To see where our services are located visit our website: https://www.ku.com.au/ [https://www.ku.com.au/]  Your primary responsibilities will include: * Contributing positively to the operations of KU and the realisation of the organisational Strategic Plan  * Assisting the Senior Manager, Education and Support with the provision of Education Support to KU services  * Facilitating the effective inclusion of all children in KU services  * Supporting the provision of quality programs and practices in all KU services * Working with KU service teachers and educators to identify children’s abilities and needs * Supporting service teams with developing and implementing behaviour support plans for individual children * Helping families to access relevant assessments and early childhood intervention for their children * Developing and delivering identified training to increase professional capacity for service teams. About you * A completed degree in early childhood education AND a completed postgraduate in special education or inclusive education.
