Responsibilities
  • L’Oréal Business Academy (LBA):You will play a crucial role in supporting the LBA project, uploading courses and materials, managing seminar capacity, coordinating communication with the local team, sharing updates on social media, and providing monthly reports.
  • Content Creation & Execution:You will be responsible for developing and implementing the content plan for LBA, collaborating with the LBA manager on topics, graphics, and social media marketing including visiting trainings, creating snackable content and provide feedback to training experience.
  • ACCESS Project:You will support the international ACCESS project activation, managing updates, assisting PPD brands with localization, and creating local content (videos, e-learning).
  • Hairstylist for the Future:You will assist the LBA manager in local sustainable initiatives for PPD on a multi-brand level.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis:You will collaborate with a business analyst to provide regular updates on KPIs for the multi-brand education platform.
