Fixed Term: 12 months | 25 hours per week |Proposed Interview Date 27-Feb-2025
We are looking for a professional and welcoming receptionist to be the first contact for visitors to the site. You will manage enquiries, take messages, book rooms and parking spaces, and provide administrative support, including maintaining records, supporting training events, and organising building access.

Reporting into the Learning Hub Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Greet visitors and manage enquiries.
Relay messages and assist team members.
Book rooms and car parking spaces for visitors, confirming arrangements.
Prepare training rooms and assist with AV setups and refreshments.
Unlock building and deactivate alarms.
Advise visitors on building access and facilities.
Maintain logs for maintenance/repairs and assist with reporting issues.
Update and maintain filing systems.
Submit and monitor stationary orders.
