Description

As an Education Manager - Defence Delivery your key responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to inform timetabling activities for all Defence student intakes for the Defence Project
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to the team to deliver operational outcomes including Teacher Performance, timetabling, resource allocation, teacher loads and student progress
  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of the agreed schedule for equipment maintenance in line with contract reporting obligations
  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of the procurement of equipment and consumables specific to the delivery needs in line with contract reporting obligations
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, as per communication plans, and report to all stakeholders, as required, including reporting on project progress and being open to feedback for ongoing continuous improvement within the project
  • Monitor project and regularly analyse project data and be able to adjust and reallocate resources to accommodate any project changes

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Adult Teaching qualification at AQF 6 level or higher
  • Vocational qualifications relevant to or above the level required and industry currency
  • Registration with professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the RTO Standards
