We’re seeking an Education Manager to lead and inspire our preschool teaching staff, ensuring the highest quality early childhood education in alignment with Head Start Program Performance Standards. What You’ll Do As the Education Manager, you’ll oversee the educational program across our centers, guiding teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences for young children. You’ll also: Supervise and support teaching staff, the Education Supervisor, and the Practice-Based Coach. Monitor classrooms to ensure lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments meet children’s individual needs. Lead program development, evaluation, and professional training for instructional staff. Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to support child development and successful school transitions. Coordinate NAEYC and Keystone STARS accreditation efforts. Contribute to agency-wide planning as part of the Head Start Administrative Team. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education required; advanced graduate work in ECE preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years teaching young children; experience supervising instructional staff and developing educational programs. Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities; knowledge of Head Start and PBIS principles. Other: Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and foster positive working relationships with diverse families and staff. Additional Details Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with only occasional evening or weekend events throughout the year.
