Your qualifications: - You have a university degree or completed vocational training with a qualification that is well-suited to this role . - You are familiar with the education, social, or school sector and ideally have already gained practical experience . - You are approachable, enjoy networking, and build trusting relationships with our cooperation partners . - You can inspire others with your ideas, maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple topics, and are proactive. - Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in leading or coordinating staff.
