We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Education and Heritage Centre Manager to join the Cadbury World team. You’ll oversee our Education Centre and the Bournville Experience heritage zone, helping shape the future of one of the UK’s most iconic attractions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate calibre with experience in an educational or visitor attraction setting.
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills.
  • Business and commercial awareness in a consumer environment.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with booking systems desirable.
  • Skilled at motivating, guiding and developing teams to reach their full potential.
  • Strong accountability, organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety responsibilities and risk management.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Education Team to deliver brilliant talks and workshops for schools and educational groups.
  • Manage the booking process and maximise school visits to fill our education spaces.
  • Take ownership of heritage displays, collating artefacts and curating engaging stories that bring Cadbury history to life.
  • Ensure all education rooms are safe, clean, technically sound and guest-ready every day.
  • Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement across talks, workshops and heritage experiences.
  • Recruit, train and develop the Education Team, ensuring everyone has the tools and confidence to deliver magic.
  • Collaborate with other departments across Cadbury World to support attraction-wide success.
  • Handle education guest complaints in line with policy, turning challenges into opportunities for better experiences.
  • Develop and deliver new heritage talks and tours, making our story more accessible and exciting for every visitor.
    This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days out of 7. This will include a fair share of weekends and bank holidays on a roster basis.
